Despite devoting many resources to developing their marketing plans, many firms wind up with thick documents that are full of general information but do not contain detailed financials and are not implemented. Most marketing planning documents are simply put on the shelf to gather dust and have no relevance to the daily operations of the company's demand generation activities. Our marketing planning process involves the right inputs from across the company (typically high-level representation from sales, operations, finance, operations, customer service as well as marketing) to ensure that the plan is relevant, all-inclusive and very practical. We are not focused on developing attractive documents. We are focused on developing and implementing plans that drive ROI.
